What is Click and Collect?
Click & Collect is service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the courier. Instead you can choose to collect your order at a time that suits you at our Galway shop, located on the Headford Road. All Giant bikes must be collected in store, in-line with Giant’s warranty policy. Where possible we recommend all bikes are collected in store as this allows our expert team to set it up exactly for you. If you can’t make it in store and are comfortable with some final assembly we can ship it to you. Please read further info here in our Delivery info.

 

How long will I have to wait to collect the order?
Your order will usually be ready for collection within 48 hours of your transaction. We will send you an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

 

How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 7 days to collect your order after you’ve received notification. If you can’t make it in to us in the timeframe give us a call on 091-563 356 or email us at info@kearneycycles.com and just let us know.

 

Will I need to take anything with me when I go to collect my order? 
Please bring along your collection e-mail (on paper or on your Smartphone) and some form of proof of ID (passport or your driving license).

 

Can I get somebody else to collect the order on my behalf?
No problem, just let us know via email at info@kearneycycles.com, stating who will collecting the order for you and as long as the person has the collection e-mail (on paper or on their Smartphone) and proof of ID, they can happily collect your order.
